He is survived by: his wife Casey Marshall; his children, Dylan, Macyn, Brodi, Titus, Ledger and Lincoln; his mother Sunshine Phelan; his sister Feather Ann; his grandfather Leroy; and his aunts and uncles, Vickie, Ken McFann, Jamie Causey and Ron Wood.
