He is survived by: his parents, Theron Dale and Sharon Althea Cochran Durham; his wife Shelby Elaine Jordan Durham; his children, Justin R Durham, Lindsey M Durham and Ashley N Durham; his stepsons, Derek W Fields and Devon M Fields; and his siblings, Brian Durham, Melissa Thompson Meleah Hannah and Gabrielle Arbaugh (Cody). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
