He is survived by: his parents, Linda Lewis DeVault (Keith) of Bidwell and Mark D. Blair (Lynn) of Gallipolis, Ohio; his wife Miranda Manley-Blair of Pomeroy; his son Dimitri Manley of Pomeroy; his brother Doug Blair of Ashton; his daughter Zoiee Blair; and his grandmother Wilma Lewis of Jackson, Ohio.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
