She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lee and Osie Elizabeth Carr Henderson; her husband Richard Follrod; and her brothers, Clarence Henderson, Sherman Henderson, Ralph Henderson and Harold Lee Henderson.
She is survived by: her son Chuck Follrod; her granddaughters, Kristyn Follrod (Tim Butorac), Megan Follrod and Ashley Mott (Kevin); her stepgrandson Shawn Murphy (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Mira, Charlie, Peyton, Embrey and Corie; and also John Musser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
