He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McQuaid and Rose Myrtle McQuaid (Sheline); and his siblings, Jim, Jack, Gene, Junior, Doug, Sam, Julie and Virginia Mae.
He is survived by: his wife Chloris Machir Gaul; his children, Leigha Wachs (Kurt), Amy McQuaid Conley, Brandon McQuaid (Darlene Moodispaugh) and Matt McGuire (Lisa); his stepchildren, Roger Gaul (Megan) and Lea Ann Gaul King (Brian); and his grandchildren, Christopher Wachs (Jerri), Courtney Trick (Andy), Hannah Conley (Joe Mullins), Shelbie Donaldson (Jamie), Ryleigh McQuaid, Logan, Quinn McGuire, Austin King, Wyatt King (Ashley Staten), Miranda, Abigail and Lindsay Gaul.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
