She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Forbes and Elsie Zahl Forbes; her husband Brooks Sayre; and her brother Paul Forbes. She is survived by: her children, Paula Welker (Jack) of Pomeroy and Roger Sayre (Christine) of Pomeroy; her grandchildren, Jena Tenoglia (Chris), Don Swatzel (Amy), Jackie Welker (Jessica), Philip Swatzel (Elizabeth) and Steven Swatzel (Tara); her great grandchildren, John Tenoglia (Mackenzee), Jaycie B. Welker, Erin Swatzel, Dillon Swatzel, Leah Swatzel, Cory Swatzel, Shauna Chapman (Ryan), Bryce Swatzel, Baily Swatzel and Brodyn Swatzel; her great great grandchildren, Vincent Christopher Tenoglia, Addisyn Ramsburg and Brooks Daniel Chapman; and her sisters, Margie Reuter of Pomeroy and Helen Jones of Belpre.
