He is survived by: his parents, Lester Michael Lewis, Jr. and Janette Loucill Henline Lewis; his siblings, Stephaine Reene Lewis, Samantha Lynn Lewis and Trenton Mathew Lewis; his children, Mackenzie Tackett Lewis and Jemrmiah Tackett Lewis; the parents of children, Kayla Tackett, Skylynn Lewis, Raelynn Lewis, Paislynn Lewis (Moo Moo), Braelynn Lewis and Oaklynn Lewis (Oakie); and also Shannon Elliott. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
