He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Gerald T.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his mother Barbara Elberfeld Keller Dolan; and his siblings, Gerald "Gerry" Thomas Dolan II and Barbara Dolan Brown. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the surviving children.
