He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Will and Erma White Will; his grandsons, Matthew Will and James Tyler Will; and his siblings, Paul, Harold Junior Will and Patricia Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Edwards Will; his children, Jody Capehart (Rusty) of Pomeroy and Jim Will (Julie) of Minersville; his grandchildren, Tiffany Marr (Willis), Cassandra Will and Caitlyn Will; his great grandchildren, Alayna, Aubree, Landen, Clarissa and William; his brother Robert Will (Barbara) of San Antonio; and his sister-in-law Dottie Will of Pomeroy.
