He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Eblin and Emma Vining Eblin; his former wife Kathleen Walburn; his wife Barbara Linkenhoker Eblin; his daughter Patricia Eblin Phillips; his son-in-law Roger Weaver; and his siblings, Mamie Eblin Snyder, Myrtle Eblin, Steve, Walter, Arthur, Robert, James, Tommy and Johnny Eblin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy "Darlene" Weaver and Penny Eblin Cochran; his grandchildren, Tabitha Horner (Jeff), Bryan Weaver (Stacey), Kyle Weaver, Jerrod Clark, Joshua Clark (Kayla) and Jacob Smart (Chastity); and his great grandchildren, Arik, Luke, Elijah Horner, Emily, Matthew Weaver, Sarah Robert, Rylan Smart and Evelyn Clark.
