She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Collins; her brothers, Adam Collins and Jerry Collins; and her stepson John Reeves. She is survived by: her parent Gladys E. Shaffins Collins; her children, Elizebeth S. Thorten (Oiler), Lester M. Lewis Jr. and Brayden E. Lewis; her stepchildren, Steven L. Reeves and James W. Reeves; her former husband James R. Reeves; and her siblings, Birdie L. Simpson, Anette K. Lambert and Willie Collins. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
