He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Barbara Harvey Qualls; and his brothers, Blaine and Troy. He is survived by: his brother James "Jimmy D" Qualls; his half-siblings, Forrest Qualls, Melanie Qualls and Kiawana Varian; and his stepmother Marcia Qualls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
