He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hackett and Phyllis Hackett. He is survived by: his wife Bette Hackett; his children, Spencer Hackett (Kailan Prouty), Erin Krawsczyn (Mitchell Roush), Adam Krawsczyn (Claire) and Andi Evans (Jonathan); his siblings, Rose Marie Hackett, Bill Hackett, Linda Goodwin and Melanie Franko (Robert); his sister-in-law Pamela O'Laughlin; and his brothers, Honey, Padre of Dude, DH and DPawPaw.
