He is survived by: his mother Sharon Elaine Folmer of Pomeroy; his sister Michele Burton (Scott); his significant other Tina Johnson; his son Matthew Corey Folmer; his nephew Chase Burton (Samantha); and his great-niece Layla. He is also survived by his fur babies and his service dog.
