He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinney and Carla Burns McKinney; his siblings, Jeff, Bill and Anna; and his grandson Braiden.
He is survived by: his children, Jared McKinney (Lynsi), Treay McKinney (Megan) and Bethany Rizer (Todd); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kylie, Landon, Easton, Liam, Gibson, Brinley and Kimber; and his siblings, John McKinney (Sheila) and Angela Smith.
