She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Young and Betty Thompson Young; her husband Robert L. Persons; her daughter Donna Hawley; and her siblings, John Jr., Harmon, Malcolm, Buddy, Curtis Young, Grace and Christeen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Geiger (Scott) of Gallipolis, B. J., Janet Zweifel (Mike) of Gallipolis, Christene Martin (Mike) of Chester and Barbara Harris (Jim) of Latrobe, Pennsylvania; and her sister Lucy Robinette of Kentucky. She is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
