He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rathburn and Frances Rathburn (Durst); his son Terry Rathburn; his siblings, Betty Manley, Susie Graham and Bill Rathburn; and his grandparents, Jasper and Dolly Durst.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rathburn; his children, Chuckie Rathburn (Tammy), Robin Rathburn, Bobby Rathburn (Heather) and Mark Rathburn; his stepsons, Richard VanHouten (Alina) and Ted VanHouten (Deb); his sisters, Bonnie Skidmore and Joan King (Dano); and his close friend Ottie Jarvis. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
