She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Mays and Alice Mays (Camp); her husband Harry Spencer; her brothers, Thomas Mays and James Mays; her parents-in-law, Waid and Gladys Spencer; and her brother-in-law Thomas Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Spencer (Stacey) of Lyons, CO and Kelly Spencer (Bill Aberts); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Sydney Spencer, Jennifer Justis (Justin), Austin Carnahan and Tyson Maxson; her great grandchildren, Bralan and Waylon; her sisters, Ina VanMeter and Karen White of Proctorville, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Esther Mays and Ray Spencer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
