He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Mary L. Donley; and his brothers, Richard and John Donley. He is survived by: his wife Terri Donley of Polk; his children, Tyler Donley (Suzanne) of Ashland and Taylor Riffel (Chad) of Timberlake; his grandchildren, Zayne Riffel, Denver Riffel and Madison Donley; and his sisters-in-law, Janey Donley of Jellico and Candy Donley of Polk.
