He is survived by: his wife Rosanne DiMaggio Hines; his children, Karla Kirtland-Schweyer (Joel) of Ashland, Michael A. Hines (Gayle) of Mansfield and Paula Miller (Phil) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Jessica Schweyer, Kayla Kirtland, Brent Schweyer, James Kirtland III, Ashley Hines, Jacob Hines, Lauryn Kirkpatrick (Mike) and Wyatt Miller; his great grandchildren, Aiden James and Leo Philip Kirkpatrick; and his sister Karen Coffman (Bob) of Hayesville.
