It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diann M Fortune of Polk, Ohio, born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Turk and Lydia Turk (Miller); and her sister Sarah. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie, Pam Fortune of Polk and Teresa Sulander of Polk; her grandsons, Chad Michael Fortune of Mansfield, John Carl Fortune (Kellie) of Celina and Seth Fortune (Stephanie) of Illinois; her brother Ted Turk (Sandy) of Hayesville; and her pet Ollie. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
