David Lee Hinkle Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Hinkle of Polk, Ohio, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hinkle and Betty Hinkle (Scarberry); his father-in-law Ron Shoup; and his grandson Jonah Carl Sayers. He is survived by: his wife Ronda Hinkle; his daughters, Samantha Sayers (John) and Annette Hinkle; his grandchildren, Jameson, Joel and Jack Sayers; his siblings, Betty Jean Slone, Gary Michael Hinkle (Shirley) and Larry Hinkle (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Rick Shoup (Marty), Regina Stutzman (John) and Ranita Bates (Travis); his mother-in-law Marlene Shank (Gerald); and his adoptive daughter Elizabeth Webb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 308 Claremont Ave, Ashland, OH 44805. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Maple Grove Church of the Brethren or the Parkinson's Foundation.
