It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher A. Ortega of Polk, Ohio, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on February 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ortega and Carolyn K Ortega (Hinkley). He is survived by: his wife Valerie (Temchack) of Polk; his sons, Aric K Ortega and Adam M Ortega; and his brother David C. Ortega of Cleveland.

In lieu of flowers memorial expressions may be made to the American Stroke Association.
