She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Donnenwirth and Ila Donnenwirth (Tucker); her husband Billy R. Taulbee; and her grandson Chad William Taulbee. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Hall (Gary) of Ashland and Sharee Northcutt (Michael) of Plymouth; her grandson Franklin Combs II; and her stepgrandson Brandon Northcutt. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her companion cat.

In lieu of flowers, Shirley's family asks that memorial contributions be made to the donor's choice.
