She is survived by: her sons, Keith Arnold Lively, II, Vernon Lee Lively, Jeremiah Ty Lively and Jacob Matthew Lively; her mother Mary Ratliff; her siblings, Connie Knapp, Yvonne Hivley, Frankie Ratliff and Sally Dillon; and her half-sister Linda Shepherd. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
