She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward O. and Mary F. Lewellen (West); her children, Teresa Hayes of Plymouth, Ohio, Denise Spillman (Donnie) of Mansfield, Ohio, Nancy Howard of Columbus, Ohio, Bill Howard (Joan) of Blackfoot, Idaho, Brian Howard of Plymouth, Ohio and Katy Lewis (John) of Columbus, Ohio; her brothers, Gordon Lewellen (Shirley) of Crawfordsville, Indiana and Robert Lewellen of Crawfordsville, Indiana; her foster mother Ruth; and her husband Billy Joe Howard. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
