He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Hall and Lona Hall (Hoover); his wife Donna Hall; his daughter Susan Barnett; his grandson Dustin York; his son-in-law Marty Collins; and his brother-in-law Bill Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Hall (Steve Rowe), Stewart Hall (Judy), Steve Shaver (Regenia), Jim Shaver (Jeni) and Barb Faylor; and his sister Jean Collier.
