He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Phares, Annie Hurst and Walter Hoover. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph M. Hurst and Lavina Hurst (Hoover); his siblings, Gerald Hurst (Anna) of Plymouth, Lawrence Hurst of Plymouth, David Hurst (Elsie) of Plymouth, Lydia Rhodes (Luke) of Frankfort and Sarah Martin (Luke) of Greenwich; and his grandmother Alice Hoover of East Earl, PA.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
