She was predeceased by: her son Sgt. Thomas Truex; and her brother Raymond Salyers. She is survived by: her parents, Rolen Shepherd and Dee Perry (Briggs); her husband Mike Truex Sr.; her children, Michael Truex (Andrea) of Crestline, Beth Christo (Mark) of Shelby and Mandy Simmons (Joe) of Shelby; her daughter-in-law Kassandra Truex; her grandchildren, Cammie, Harper, Ember, Mason, Brooke, Remy, Robbie, Norah, Lori and Michael III; and her stepmother Louise Shepherd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to the Crestwood Care Center Activity Department at 225 W. Main St. Shelby, OH 44875.
