She is survived by: her husband Karl Lengyel Sr.; her children, Jeff Adkins Jr., Laura Adkins (Kyle Spicer) and Hannah Lengyel; her stepchildren, Rebecca Wyandt (Aaron) and Karl Lengyel Jr.; her brother James Ciolan (Therese); and her grandchildren, D. Max Wyandt, Connor Wyandt, Rylee Redel, Baylee Spicer, Jason Redel, Emmilynn Dennison and Jaxsen Dennison. She is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
