It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lavoughn Isaac (Plymouth, Ohio), who passed away on May 18, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Isaac; his daughter Penny Trevino; his grandsons, Bobby Jo and William Barney; his great grandchild Desiree Blanton; and his siblings, Ray Isaac, Northern Isaac Jr., Lee Average Isaac, Beulah Mae Hall and Loretta Isaac.

He is survived by: his children, Carole Gray (Donald) of Plymouth, Timothy Isaac (Lisa) of Plymouth, Bodina Webb of Plymouth and Brenda Howell of Greenwich; his siblings, Thelma Greathouse of Kentucky, Mable Hart of Florida, Roosevelt Isaac (Linda) of Kentucky and Fred Osborne (Phyllis) of Pataskala; and his brother-in-law Hall of Kentucky. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
