He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Fletcher (Ousley); his children, James E. Fletcher (Stephanie), Sean Ousley (Debbie), Peggy Conley and Crystal Casperson; his siblings, Edgar Fletcher (Francis), Roger Fletcher and Joyce Slone; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Nick, Megan, Holli, Sarah, Isaac, Jason, Timothy, Adam, Jeffrey and Robbie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
