He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stephens and Mollie Stephens (Vanderpool); and his brother Kenneth Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Alice Stephens (Conley); his children, Tina Fitzgerald (Jim), Tammy Sutter, Kristina Stephens and Eric Stephens (Michelle); and his siblings, Florence Crawford, Gladys Fliger, Charles Stephens, Lula Sexton, James Stephens, Clara Sexton, Betty Goble, Alma Kegley and Wanda Alonso. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
