He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Ousley and Rhoda Ousley (Hicks); his grandson Zachary Armstrong; his sister Glenna Hamer; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Ousley, Frank Krupa, Kenneth Hamer and Don Haering.
He is survived by: his wife Nannie Ruth Hicks Ousley; his children, Jeffrey F. Ousley of Plymouth, Shawn Oney (Kevin) of Greenwich, Marla Armstrong (Greg) of Shelby and Shelley Carey (Gene) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Kaylyn Womeldorf (Jon), Travis Burkhart, Joshua Oney (Nichole Perkins), Trevor Burkhart, Tyler Burkhart (Lizzy Miller) and Levi Oney (Breanna); his great grandchildren, Colton, Maddilyn Burkhart and Allister Mullins; his siblings, Eleanor Haering, Claude Ousley (Janet), Thelma O'Neil (Larry) and Clarence Ousley; his son-in-law James Burkhart of Crestline; and his grandson Noah Horn of Germany. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
