He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrix Burton and Nokie Lee Burton (Vance); his wife Phyllis Burton (Johnson); and his sister Opha Dean "Sandy" Osborne of Jackson Ohio. He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Batt (Mike) of Millersburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Zachary King (Lisa) of Crown Point, Indiana, Seth Enderby (Andrea) of Malta, Ohio, Jerod Batt (Kate) of Loveland, Ohio, Rachel Nichols (Russel) of Akron, Ohio, Justin Batt (Rachel) of Holland, Ohio, Caitlyn Bruner (Kris Smith) of Akron, Ohio and Cody Bruner (Ryan Shambaugh) of Ravenna, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Karson, Nina, Loxley, Reagan, Chase, Kennedy and Callum; and his close friend Wilma Samples of Mansfield, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & many friends.
