He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glen and Helen Marie Humrichouser (Guthrie); and his daughter Karen Kay Neeley. He is survived by: his wife Lois C. Humrichouser (Chambers); his children, Carol Kinnebrew (Russell) and David Humrichouser (Margaret); his son-in-law Randy Neeley; his grandchildren, Jason Kinnebrew (Ashley), Faith Hersey (Greg), Greg Neeley (Jessica), Jonathan Humrichouser (Morgan), Kyle Neeley (Rachel), Andrea Davenport (Kent), Amy Gessel (Payton) and Angela Humrichouser; and his great grandchildren, Cohen, Keeli, Kellen, Beckham, Joanna, Stella, Ethan and Kendrick. He is also survived by two sisters; and five brothers.
Per Daniel's wishes, in lieu of flowers, he would prefer memorial contributions to be made to LifePoint Community Church or American Cancer Society.
