He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Tuttle and Clara Tuttle (Jones); his brother Cleadis Riley; and his parents-in-law, Tim and Kathleen West.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tuttle (West); his son Thomas McFarren Tuttle of New Haven, OH; his siblings, Chuck Tuttle (Val) of Columbus, OH, Joe Tuttle of Willard, OH and Tasha Sexton (Steve) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his sister-in-law Pam Rumer (Gene) of Perrysburg, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
