He is survived by: his wife Violet Thompson; his children, Eric Thompson and Erin Miller; his grandson James Miller of Pleasantville, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie, Stephen McClaskey, Brenda Grubb, Angie Brown and Audra Johnson.
