She is survived by: her boyfriend Eric Wooten; her daughter Rachael Sweeney; her sister Debbi Hagans (Travis); her grandchildren, Makayla, Arion, Xavier, Ashley, Wyatt, Warren and Legaciey; her stepdaughter Erica Flowers (Matt); her niece Mindy Staley (Shawn); her nephew Tyler Hagans (Savannah); her great-nephews, Bradley and Brett; her stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Hayden and Emmalynn; her aunts, Barb Wood (Tom) and Christina Bowersox (Floyd); her cousins, Bobbi, Sydney, Patrick and Christopher; her stepmother-in-law Phyllis Wooten; and her close friends, Shelly Miller and Andrea Smith.
