He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Justice (Porter); his parents, Charles B. Justice and Shirley Justice (Lowe); his siblings, Ora Justice, Betty Waddle, Donna Stewart, JoAnn Bowen, Bill Justice and Herschel Justice; his siblings-in-law, Ronald Porter (Myra Jane) and Liz Justice; and his close friends, Tom Shields (Stella), Jim Bennett and Dick Wilkens (Josephine).
He is survived by: his children, Debra Smith (George), Michael Justice (Laurie) and Rita Canter (Donald); his grandchildren, Charles Justice (Bryanne), Danielle Barker (Justin), Toni McCafferty (Roy), Jennifer Hunter (Zach), Stacy Hite, Renee Dyer, Michael Dyer (Krista), Zach Canter, Josh Canter and Laura Canter; his brothers, Charles Justice and Tommy Justice; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Justice and Arnold Porter. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
