Phillips (Michele) of Pleasantville; her stepchildren, Rhonda R. Phillips of Lancaster and Richard Blauser of Baltimore; her stepson-in-law Daniel Paumier of Carroll; and her siblings, Joyce E. LaMotte and John A Smith, Jr. (Debbie). She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
