He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy D. "John" Newman and Norma L. Newman (Cleary); and his in-laws, Charlie and Bernadine Dupler. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Newman (Dupler); his children, Courtney Faulkner (Shawn) and Brock Newman (Alexis); his grandchildren, Gavin Barber (Kenzie DeLauder), Austin, Logan and Addison Faulkner; his siblings-in-law, Steve Dupler and Bev Voris (Tim); his nieces, Lindsay McClelland (Eric) and Annie Smith (Ryan); and his great-nephew Tate Smith. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Fairhope Hospice for their loving care of Mike and request that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in Mike's memory to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
