It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Kiser (Pleasant Hill, Ohio), born in Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Floyd and Betty Frances Kelly (Johnson); her former husband Ralph Baker; her husband William L. Kiser; her brother-in-law Bill Rains; her children, Robin (Steve Black), Melone (Mark Leonard), Randy Baker of Pleasant Hill and Michelle Baker of Pleasant Hill; her grandchildren, Melissa Watson, Trevor Black, Christopher Leonard, Victoria Leonard, Taylor King, Nicholas Baker, Tristan Stewart, Jennifer Londergan and Shawn Chaney; her great grandchildren, Harper Watson, Allison Black, AbbyLynn Black, RhiLynn Leonard, Peyton Leonard, Griffin King, Jameson Mattison, Jared Londergan, Shelby Chaney, Sidney Chaney and Noah Chaney; and her sisters, Jean Rains of Cincinnati and Barbara (Larry Clark).
