It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tiffany Lavy of Pleasant Hill, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. "Rick" and Diana "Dee" P. Hines (Stoner); her daughter Tracy; and her brother Jeremy. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie L. Lavy; her children, Trevor (Sarah Lavy), Trinity (Allan Sink), Trista Lavy, Trelissa (Sam Jackson), Treyton Lavy, Treanna Lavy and Trace Lavy; her grandchildren, Kolsen Lavy and Lyla Sink; her siblings, Lesley (John Bowman) and Rod (Mary Jo Hines); and her sister-in-law Amanda Hines. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
