She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Edward Richter; and her brothers, Donald Edward and John Nicholas Richter. She is survived by: her parent Edith Marion Mill Richter; her sons, Willam Robert Knisley of Peebles, Forrest Hamilton Knisley of Piketon, Charles Phillip Knisley of Georgia, Paul Francis Knisley of Greenfield and David Marion Knisley of Latham; her stepson Charles W. Woods of Groveport; her daughter Shirley Ruth Thomas of McDermott; her stepdaughters, Phyllis Legg of Piketon, Rebecca Black of Jackson and Jessica Colegrove of Waverly; and her sisters, Jule Violet Detty of Ross County, Elizabeth May Schaffin of Logan and Janet Louise Wilson of Piketon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
