We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2019, at the age of 79, Philip Stivers (Pleasant Hill, Ohio), born in Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Wayne and Gladys Marie Stivers (McGuire); and his sister Elaine Dieckman. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Stivers (Gift); his children, Teri Shearer of Pleasant Hill, Timothy Stivers of Loveland and Tammy Midlam (Antonio) of Pleasant Hill; and his brother David Stivers (Tori) of Peachtree City. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
