She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Barton and Betty Barton (Schultz); her husband Talmage Keith Whiting; her son Jeff Whiting; her pet Pebbles; her daughters, Tammy Bulle (Keith Snapp) and Vickie Whiting of Pleasant Hill; her daughter-in-law Linda Whiting of Pleasant Hill; her brother Butch; her sister-in-law Bonnie Barton of Pleasant Hill; her grandchildren, Eric Hittle of Troy, Melinda Blackwell of Bradford, Ashley, Alan Moss of Argyle, Zachary and Kayleigh Whiting of Montezuma; her stepgrandchildren, Josh, Tieu Brown of Hampton, Virginia, Ashley, Austin Cadle of Dallas and Travis Brown of Covington; her great grandchildren, Cameron Blackwell, Malcom Whiting and Skylar Whiting; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Beckett Cadle, Ryleigh Gurganus and Robert Linsenbach, Jr.; her sister-in-law Agnes Hurley of Piqua; and her close friends, Bev Cecil and Charlene Haines. She was also cherished by numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
