She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hess and Mildred Hess (Laughman); her husband Eugene Rotterman; her son-in-law Lee Ann Oglesbee (William); and her siblings, Virginia Wooddell and Glen Hess.
She is survived by: her daughter Deneise; her son-in-law Dennis Cain of Covington; her grandchildren, Denise Wenrick of Piqua, Glen Nickles of Piqua and Matt Cain of Florida; her great grandchildren, Grace, Glen and Mykaela; and her sisters, Wilma Spitler of Pleasant Hill and Judy Amick of Pleasant Hill.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Covington Outreach Association, Oakes-Beitman Memorial Library, or Day City Hospice.
