It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Kay Jackson of Pleasant Hill, Ohio, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Small and Elizabeth Small (Walker); her close friend Roger O'Neal; her daughters, Kiley, Alisha and Shay; and her siblings, Bruce Allen Small and Roberta Christine Ingle.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Jackson (Sharon West) of Troy and Ashley Moreno (Ramon Vidales) of Troy; her grandchildren, Kaylan, Wyatt, Elizabeth, Austin, Warren, Roman, Reagen and Benjamin; and her stepsisters, Tina Shamburger and Kelly Roark.
