She was predeceased by: her mother Juanita K. Mead (Nickel). She is survived by: her father Ronald E. Mead; her son Tod Long of Wapakaneta; and her sisters, Rhonda Burgess (Dennis Martin), Peggy Basham (Luke), Mary Peters (Kraig) and Karen Longstreth (Mike). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
